Meet Dr. John T Serbes McCain, DPM, MS, AACFAS
Dr. McCain received his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor study in Music from Birmingham-Southern University. He received his master's in Medical Science at Mississippi College. Then he went on and obtained his doctorate in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. His surgical residency consisted of Forefoot & Rearfoot Reconstruction surgery at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. This program afforded him specialized training in extensive wound care and limb salvage at nearby Mt. Sinai and Cook County, and Methodist Hospital in Indiana. The training endowed came from the best of Chicago's foot and ankle surgical professors and surgeons. This gave him expertise in peripheral nerve trauma and very specialized vascular and, orthopedic trauma. Dr. McCain is Board Qualified in both Foot and Rearfoot Reconstruction & Ankle Surgery (RRA). As an athlete, he is most passionate about treating Sports Medicine pathologies but is very highly trained in wound care and limb salvage in critically ill patients.
Dr. McCain is committed to his patients and their goals. He achieves this through evidence-based medicine and by creating effective treatment plans. Through cutting-edge treatment modalities and his surgical skills obtained during residency, he can effectively treat his patient's lower extremity pathologies while positively influencing their lives. Originally from Alabama, he and his wife are happy to call the North County and the Treasure Coast their home while raising their 4 year-old daughter, and their 2 year-old and 9 month old sons. In his free time, Dr. McCain enjoys physical activities, Tennis, Music, and the beautiful outdoors with his family. He is a former division one tennis player and is looking forward to finding an equal or better player to challenge him.

Meet Dr. John Faltaous, DPM, AACFAS
Dr. John Faltaous earned his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Marshall University before obtaining his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the School College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He went on to complete his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rear-foot and Ankle Surgery (PMSR/RRA) at Stony Brook University Hospital in Long Island, a nationally recognized Level-1 Trauma Center. During his training, he gained extensive experience in both elective procedures and complex trauma, working closely with podiatrists and orthopedic surgeons. Dr. Faltaous is Board Qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
Dr. Faltaous is committed to delivering patient-centered care, tailoring both surgical and non-surgical treatments to align with each patient’s goals and restore their quality of life. His clinical interests include diabetic limb salvage and wound care, reconstructive surgery, sports medicine injuries, minimally invasive techniques, bunion and hammertoe correction, arthritis management, fracture care, and regenerative medicine.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Faltaous is a former athlete who values maintaining an active lifestyle. He enjoys spending time with his family and wife and is an avid sports enthusiast. He is honored to work alongside Dr. John T McCain in providing outstanding care to their patients.
